Steps 2.0 Organizing Committee

The Steps 2.0 Workgroup, established under Article 31.2 of the Partnership Agreement, is developing a new Step Raise system that better recognizes the years of dedication state workers have given to serving Coloradans.

The group is currently exploring design options with the goal of finalizing a new system by March 31, 2026, to be adopted as an MOU to the Partnership Agreement and implemented in the 2027 fiscal year.
