I am proud to be a state employee at CDOR and honored to serve as a COWINS Steward. Over the years, I've gained valuable experience working through various challenges in taxation, and I deeply understand the struggles of feeling unheard, underappreciated, and underpaid. My personal experiences have driven me to advocate for better labor relations and to address the challenges faced by those with invisible disabilities and visible inequalities. This is why I joined the union and became a steward—because I believe in championing the necessary changes to create a better workplace for all of us.
