Our Department of Revenue members keep our state running smoothly by ensuring fair taxation, supporting Colorado businesses, providing DMV services, and making critical resources about taxation accessible for communities. From tax examiners and auditors to call center staff, technicians, and administrators, CDOR employees serve the public every day with dedication and professionalism.

We're improving daily life for CDOR employees and gaining momentum.

Starting in January 2024, Colorado WINS members working at CDOR bargained with the department for better working conditions. In June 2024, DOR members voted 100 percent percent to approve their new agreement that provides:

Union rights & fair hiring – bulletin boards, access, skills‑based hiring, and feedback for applicants.
Flexible schedules & remote work – flextime, work‑from‑home options, and notice before changes.
Overtime protections – volunteers prioritized before mandatory assignments.
Health & wellness supports – safe workplace signage, de‑escalation training, CSEAP access, ergonomic evaluations.
Recognition & incentives – $500 award, $75 coverage pay, bonuses up to $3,000, and a housing study to address high‑cost areas.
