Colorado WINS members are keeping CSU Pueblo running, ensuring students have the resources they need, keeping campus clean and well maintained, and making sure students are well-fed. From administrators, to custodians, to dining service workers, CSU employees serve students every day with dedication and professionalism.

We're improving daily life for CSU Pueblo employees and gaining momentum.

Colorado WINS members at CSU Pueblo started bargaining for better working conditions in August 2023.

In December 2023, members voted 100 percent in favor of ratifying the Tentative Agreement bargained by our team. That agreement includes:

Holidays & PTO – 30-day notice before restricted leave periods
Overtime protections – rotating schedules for planned custodial overtime
Hours & shifts – protections for long shifts, and the ability to trade on-call shifts
Health & safety – PPE for hazardous materials and snow removal
Vouchers – uniform vouchers and meal discount program
