You serve others with dignity, and you deserve the same. Workers across all four campuses (Anschutz, Boulder, Colorado Springs, and Denver) work tirelessly every day to keep campuses clean, support students and faculty, and make sure CU keeps running. We're fighting for an agreement that recognizes the physical and professional demands of this critical work.
In the coming months, we are going to be bargaining the first-ever union contract that will unite our four CU campuses.
Like our fellow state employees in CSU system, we will have the opportunity to secure provisions that address the specific issues we’re facing in the University of Colorado system.
